BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ: • When unsure what to book, please book a consultation first. • Cancellations & rescheduling must be made at least 24 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations/reschedules made without 24 hours notice will be charged 40% of the service total. • LATE POLICY: Clients who are more than 15 minutes late, even if only by 1 minute, will be required to reschedule. Your appointment will be canceled & will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will always do my best to accommodate my clients when possible. However, I kindly ask that you respect my time and the effort I dedicate to each appointment. Thank you! • CONSULTATION APPTS.: Clients who are more than 5 minutes late to a consultation appointments will be required to reschedule. A consultation appointment is only a 25 minute time slot. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I will not have sufficient time to do a proper consultation and/or test strand. • Canceling/rescheduling 3 times in a row will result in you will no longer being eligible to book with me for services. Inconsistency creates difficulty for myself to maintain a prompt schedule for my clients. • Refunds are NOT offered. Therefore, if you’re needing something adjusted, please reach out within 7 days after your original appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be CHARGED, & will not be eligible to book with me again. • If an emergency/serious event prevents you from being present to your appointment, please reach out to me directly.
